Turbo nie działa

- 3 posty nizej kody po diagnostyce - dziekuje za pomoc! :)


Witam ;) wpadła mi ostatnio w ręce e65 3.0d w której nie ma mocy, kompletnie nie chce sie wkrecac powyzej 3tys obr, da sie jezdzic ale bez wiekszych przyspieszen - ponoć nie działa turbina i ponoć była wymieniona na nową (heh).

To mój pierwszy diesel wiec bede sie uczył, proszę o podpowiedzi co moze byc nie tak.

Oto co zdiagnozowałem do tej pory:

--->>>błędy kod:
P1426
P1213

czyli jak wyczytałem leje jeden wtrysk oraz błąd EGR

--->>>EGR wykreciłem - nie pracuje ale zaciął się w pozycji zamkniętej więc nie winiłbym go za brak mocy

--->>> odkreciłem obudowę filtra i dolot - kiedy przykładam rękę na wolnych obrotach czuję lekkie ssanie / dmuchanie z drugiej strony = turbo się jakkolwiek kręci

--->>> nie ma oleju w plynie ani na odwrót

--->>> olej jest zupełnie czarny i wyraznie czuc go ropą

--->>> bardzo słabo pali po nocy na mrozie


Czy może być to sam nastawnik turbiny? A może jest jakiś element o którego istnieniu nie mam pojęcia? :) DZIĘKUJĘ!

Radziłbym Ci zaprzestać jazdy tym samochodem. Jeżeli leje wtryskiwacz a dodatkowo w oleju masz ropę to za chwile może zerwać ci film olejowy a wtedy silnik kaputt. Ciesz się że paliwo nie wypaliło Ci dziury w tłoku. Jeżeli rano słabo odpala to prawdopodobnie przez lejące wtryskiwacze nie zapala ci wszystkich cylindrów. Silnik równo chodzi po porannym zapłonie??;> Jeżeli jesteś pewien że wszystkie gary się włączają to sprawdź pompę wtryskową, może ona dostała po dupie przez złe dawki paliwa i ledwo podaje je dalej do wtrysków, stąd ciężki start. Zacznij od tego, bo może się okazać, że turbina ok a cały problem tkwi w układzie wtryskowym.

Przeskanuj czyms innym bo te bledy nic nie mowia

Po to jest ograniczenie mocy zeby tlokow nie wypalic, oczywiscie jak nikt nie grzebal w tych wtryskach

Mi to wygląda na zabity DPF. Błąd EGR i regeneracja nie zachodzi, wtrysk leje - bardziej kopci.

Hej, pomóżcie mi proszę zdiagnozować tego diesla :) nie wiem za co sie zabrać a nie chcę po omacku wymieniać części pchajac sie w niepotrzebne koszta.

Ewentualnie jakis polecany mechanik / szwagier na terenie warszawy? ;)

Diesel nie wkreca sie na obroty - zbiera sie ladnie z dołu choc pracuje troche nierówno, ale wszystko konczy sie ok 1800-2000obr i dalej nie jedzie - dodanie gazu powoduje uczucie jakby silnik sie "zalewał".

-podczas jazdy ze stala predkoscia obroty lekko faluja
-W garazu pali normalnie na mrozie kreci ok 5sekund.
-Nie kopci specjalnie na zaden kolor za to smierdzi niespaloną ropą.
-Olej jest czarny i pachnie paliwem.
-Brak oleju w plynie / plynu w oleju.
-odpiecie przeplywki niczego nie zmienia
-turbo jakkolwiek sie kreci na wolnych (czuc lekkie ssanie/dmuchanie na dłoni na wolnych obr)


Kody błędów, jedne przed skasowaniem drugie wychodza od razu po skasowaniu na wlaczonym zaplonie.
