Brak turbo - błędy INPA

Witam,
dzisiaj podczas jazdy odjeło mi moc (brak turbo) zatrzymałem się i podłaczyłem pod kompa. Dodam, że od kilku dni pali się błąd "Emission Limit". Wiecie co to może być?

niemieckiego nie znam, ale............ wpisując błędy w wujka google pojawia się masę informacji na temat tych błędów. Nie wiem czy ,,ludzie,, zakładają taki wątek z lenistwa czy z braku wiedzy jak korzystać z google.
