Inpa IFH-003: DATATRANSMISSION TO ITERFACE DISTURBED pomocy

Witam.
Zainstalowałem inpe ale mam problem z konfiguracją, wyskakuje mi błąd IFH-003: DATATRANSMISSION TO ITERFACE DISTURBED i nie mam pojęcia już co robie źle. Port na kablu ustawiony na Com1
